In the September 2012 edition, Inc. Magazine reported that PalmerHouse Properties was the 201st fastest-growing, privately-held company in the US and the 8th fastest growing real estate company in the US.

For more than 30 years, Inc. Magazine’s 500 list has served as evidence of the significant accomplishments of growing American enterprises. As an honoree, PalmerHouse Properties shares a prestigious pedigree with such notable Inc. 500 alumni as Intuit, Zappos, Microsoft, Timberland, Pandora, and Patagonia, and scores of other business powerhouses.

“We are honored to be recognized by Inc. Magazine for the second year in a row for its growth, especially given the challenging 2008-2010 real estate market,” said CEO Kevin L. Palmer. “I know that our success and growth in the Atlanta market is due to our mission and vision statements” he added.  “PalmerHouse creates opportunities for real estate entrepreneurs.  Our goal is to foster the success and prosperity of our agents.  As long as we maintain that mission and vision, we know the company will be successful.”

“Our secondary mission, but equally important, is to maintain an environment where Agents feel empowered to be entrepreneurs themselves” stated Tom Ellicott, PalmerHouse Properties President.  “All business decisions are made with the benefit of the Agents.  What benefits the Agents will ultimately benefit PalmerHouse.”

This award is a welcome testament to the hard work and dedication of our Staff, Agents and partners. PalmerHouse Management and Staff have been invited to Inc. Magazine‘s national awards ceremony to receive this honor in Washington, DC.
