Smoother seas ahead for Atlanta’s condo market

The battleship that one can describe as the Atlanta condo market is slowly turning towards smoother seas.

Inventory of new condos continues to dwindle away with current supply at a record low not seen in 10 years.

Monthly Sales Meetings Are Now Available On PHP Intranet

PalmerHouse Properties conducts Monthly Sales Meetings on second Tuesday of each month from 10:00AM to 11:30AM at the Buckhead Office.  The Monthly Sales Meetings cover several topics, including recongizing those agents who have had certain accomplishments or reached sales goals, a review of trends within the Atlanta housing market and training on specific issues effecting real estate agents and transactions.  The Montly Sales Meetings are also an excellent opportunity to connect and network with other PalmerHouse Agents and Partners.

Since many agents are not able to attend the Monthly Sales Meetings, PalmerHouse will now be recording them and posting them on YouTube.  Agents can access the YouTube link through the PalmerHouse Properties INTRANET website.

‘Same Day’ Commission Payment Procedures

Getting our Agents paid as quickly as possible is our goal.  Below are the policies and procedures to ensure prompt payment of your commissions!

1.  Agents should turn all transaction documents into the office as soon as they are binding by either emailing them in a PDF format to contracts@palmerhouseproperties.com or faxing them to 404-478-8495. Once your transaction is set up in Paperless Pipeline you will receive an email address that goes directly to the transaction in the following format:  7515-3113-TX-321080@docs.paperlesspipeline.com (this address is an example only). Documents for each transaction can be emailed directly to the transaction box which reduces the time it takes our staff to upload your documents.

Tenant Screening Reports: What to Share/What Not to Share with Landlords

We believe that it’s in your best interest and in the best interest of the landlord to share as much of the National Tenant Network (NTN) tenant screening report as possible.

We have conferred with NTN and it is our mutual recommendation that the following portions (see example of the report on our intranet site) of every NTN tenant screening report be e-mailed or faxed to the landlord.
