Business Chronicle Names PalmerHouse #4

25 Jul

To: All PalmerHouse

This was a big morning for PalmerHouse! At a 1000 person breakfast hosted by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and addressed by Gov. Nathan Deal at the Cobb Galleria, PalmerHouse was named the 4th fastest growing private company in the Region! PalmerHouse was #6 in 2010 and breaking into the top five was fitting given that the Company’s fifth anniversary is this week. Kevin Palmer addressed the crowd and accepted the award on behalf of the Staff and our agents. Attending with us were the Staff, our partners from SunTrust and Ganek Wright and Joe and Cheryl Ruggles from PHP North. The article announcing the awards appears in today’s ABC and is copied below.

THANK YOU TO OUR AGENTS & STAFF FOR BEING SUCH  AN INTEGRAL PART OF THIS WONDERFUL JOURNEY!

Residential and commercial real estate brokerage company PalmerHouse Properties Realty LLC’s mission is to offer its real estate agents among the lowest costs in the industry. As a result, the company is approaching 550 agents and is concentrated on providing its agents with the service and tools to contribute to their success.

“We always put our agents first and, in turn, it gives them a sound foundation to support their clients,” said CEO Kevin Palmer. “Our intention is to provide the most professional and polished platform for our agents, while providing them with a cost basis that is among the lowest in the industry. We don’t believe that agents have to sacrifice image or professional service for affordability.”

Since its inception, PalmerHouse has at least doubled its agent base and revenue each year and hopes to continue this level of growth for years to come. Through its expansion, the company has been focused on ensuring it has the personnel, systems and processes in place to support its agents.

“We continually work to identify and upgrade our systems and technologies to efficiently manage our high volume of contracts and documents,” Palmer said. “We have strived from the outset to ensure that our agents are well-trained and that our company and agents uphold the highest level of ethics and comply with the laws, rules and regulations of our industry.”

In 2010, PalmerHouse’s expansion was boosted by its merger with Eleven Realty and the addition of its Alpharetta office, adding 110 agents to its roster, including industry leader and Northside broker Joe Ruggles, who joined the firm as president of PalmerHouse’s north office.

“We see sustained growth and momentum for PalmerHouse Properties. Our expansion continues unabated thanks to the energetic recruiting, professional and consistent marketing strategies, and by remaining focused on our mission: agent service and client satisfaction,” Palmer said.
